Agreement
By using condopainterspro.ca or by signing a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or accept a quote.
Quotes and pricing
- Online estimates are price ranges based on the information you provide. The final number is locked at the on-site walk-through and printed on the invoice.
- Once a quote is signed, the price does not change unless you add work in writing. We do not bill for "extra prep we found" or other surprises.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Scheduling and deposits
- We typically book 2 to 6 weeks out depending on season.
- A deposit may be requested for jobs over a stated threshold; the balance is due on completion.
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the start date, any deposit is fully refundable. Inside 7 days, we may retain a portion to cover the schedule slot.
Workmanship guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 5 years on interior painting from the date of job completion. If paint peels, flashes, or yellows due to our application within that period, we return and fix it at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage from water leaks, structural movement, or pre-existing substrate failure
- Surfaces other than what we painted
- Manufacturer defects in the paint itself (covered by the paint manufacturer's warranty)
- Wear, scuff marks, or third-party touch-ups

Insurance
We carry $2M commercial general liability insurance and are WSIB-compliant. Certificates are available on request — your condo board will ask.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide reasonable access to the work area on the agreed dates.
- Disclose known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, mould) before work begins.
- Move valuables and personal items unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
- Keep children and pets clear of the active work area.
Payment
- We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque.
- Invoices are due on completion unless otherwise stated.
- Late accounts (over 30 days) may incur 2% interest per month, compounded.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website use
This website is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be error-free or available without interruption. Content is for informational purposes — your actual quote is what governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes apply only to quotes signed after the change.
