EPA RRP, WHMIS, fall-protection, working-at-heights — we cover the course, the test, and the paid time to attend it.
You can cut a clean line freehand, run a sprayer, and skim-coat a patch that disappears into the wall. You read scopes, mentor apprentices, and walk the punch-list yourself.
You've cut and rolled a few hundred rooms. You know what "two coats" means and you don't leave roller marks. You show up, work the eight, and care a little more than the next guy.
Hands, attitude, and a driver's licence. We train the rest. You'll prep, mask, sand, roll, and learn from painters with a decade-plus on the brush.
